Naughty Gabriel, into the pool still dressed up!
Gabriel is so cold, even if it is +27 C.
He is very quick to warm up when he is walking with grand-maman.
Like Dad, I have to wear a helmet...
It is so much fun to babysit Gabriel...
Gabriel had a "not so good" night!
Poor little guy!
This morning, we took a nice long walk. One of the trail on base.
Towards the end of the day Gabriel is very tired.
Jérémy is preparing his suitcase for the trip to Jamaica. But the first stop is in Edmonton.
Jérémy and Danielle are going to Jamaica for the wedding of Danielle cousin.

Here we are, back from our morning walk.
We were sitting in the shade, but it got to cool, we had to move to the sun.
Julie, Colleen came for a visit. Julie and Jérémy are leaving today and will meet with family in Edmonton on their way to Jamaica.
Grand-Ma Colleen spent the afternoon with us.
"Mother, they do not feed me!"
Of course we do feed him!
Grand- Ma Colleen has to leave and it broke Gabriel's heart...
Today is day one of our solo babysitting Gabriel for the next 10 days.

Hooray! Gabriel slept from 7:15 last night to 6:30 this morning.
We are going for a car ride with Gabriel this morning, mostly to do some sightseeing and also for Gabriel to have a nap.

With Gabriel in bed, I head off to the campground where we were in last year to visit one of our neighbors, Barry and Cindy.

Watching cartoons in a warm blanket.
Grand-Maman plays a lot with Gabriel.
Ahhh! My toes...
We took a nice walk at the beach in the afternoon.
The water is pretty warm by the shore.
Shoot! We forgot Gabriel's bathing suit!
Gabriel does not understand yet the danger of deep water.
Back home, Gabriel and Grand-Maman play for a while. They even read some!
With bath time over, time to watch cartoons for half an hour before bed.
Gabriel is in bed, we have some takeout Chinese for dinner.

"But Grand-Pa, I can see the airplane"
The water is nice and warm.
Ohhhh! Pee!
"Grand-Pa, you took my picture!"
Now I am sure he has a mischievous plan in his head!
After a good bath, time for a stroller ride.
Weird day weather wise today, until 2 pm cool, but after that, it warmed up nice.
That is why it was pool time.
When we take our morning walk, we have to stop at Red Wagon for a coffee and a cookie.
Grand-Ma Colleen has offered to babysit Gabriel.
This morning Michèle called Colleen and it was decided to drop off Gabriel at around 11:30 am.
We go out for lunch and some shopping.
Back at Colleen's place, Gabriel is having a great time

A nice warm day and we spend it at our pool...
After about an hour in the pool, it is time to play with a book
What can I say!
Our days are just flying with Gabriel and we love every minute of it!
Gabriel decided he had enough sleep and got up at 4:30 am.
After breakfast, me and Gabriel "skyped" with Jérémy and Danielle for a few minutes.
For our morning walk, Michèle joined us. Gabriel showing us an airplane.
Our walk takes us by some wild berries. Here are some Timbleberries.
I sure eat a lot of them, they are very good.
Once we are back home, I install the wiring harness to connect the trailer on Jérémy's car.
The early morning is starting to catch up to us!
On the walk before bedtime, Gabriel is so tired, his eyes are open, but nobody is home!
Gabriel does not require as much sleep as other kids his age.

We are getting ready to hit Walmart and the McDonald for lunch
"Michael Schumacher" in his racing seat...
First, the McDonald and then groceries.
Gabriel is so nosy, he just keeps turning around.
Back home, Gabriel plays outside for a while.
Another good day. Jérémy and Danielle will be home tomorrow afternoon.
A big day for Gabriel and he does not know it!
Mommy and Daddy are coming home this afternoon.
A nice dessert.
A good power nap so he looks good for this afternoon.
Just before we leave for the airport, time for a small snack.
Watching the airplane coming to the airport with Mom and Dad.
Danielle is the first one out of the airplane, Jérémy close second.
Danielle and Jérémy are very happy to be back.
We spend a good part of the evening looking at photos and talking about their trip in Jamaica.

After many trips to the fence and back, Gabriel has to drink some water.
Danielle and Jérémy introduced us to the game "The Settlers of Catan".
A fun game.
Gabriel is making sure his belt and straps are done up properly before the stroll.
With the afternoon warming up nicely, a dip in the pool is a must.
The flower/sprinkler is running cold water, but Gabriel does not mind.

We have a laid-back morning.
Gabriel gets exited watching cartoons and falls on his back.
We all leave before lunch, we get dropped off at Julie's place to pick up Julie's car and Danielle, Jérémy and Gabriel continue on for a medical appointment for Gabriel.
We have lunch at A&W, then we go for the grand opening of Target.
We are all back home and it is hot and humid.
Gabriel, like a real man, has control of the remote.
Running after the ball.
We play pick-a-boo and soon after, it is Gabriel who does the pick-a-boo.
We had a great time, we had a great deal of laughter!
Disaster strikes, Gabriel falls on his back on the pavement and a little rock does some damage...
It is so warm, we spend the evening outside and watch the nice sunset.
We had a good week!

Gabriel had a "not so good" night!
Poor little guy!
This morning, we took a nice long walk. One of the trail on base.
Towards the end of the day Gabriel is very tired.
