We are back at Sunrise Flea Market/Swap Shop. This flag is humongous. The walkway to the flea market.
There is less vendors on Saturday. We still saw a lots of stuff.
On our way back home, we stopped at this grocery store.
They have Harbor Mist wine for only $1.99 for a 750 ml bottle. We have never seen this cheap before.
A cold front is coming in today. This will cool off the temperature for the next few days.

Only +7 C last night.
We are heading to Lake Worth this morning.
Before we go to André and Gisele's place and visit my brother Rolland and his wife Suzie, we want to check out 2 flea markets.
The first flea market is the kind we like, full of old stuff. The second flea market is located under the I-95 and it is all new stuff.
Very few people this morning, the cold weather is keeping them away.
We had lunch at Taco Bell.
It is good to see family again.
Gisèle made us a nice dinner. We sure did a lot of talking.
A stranger on the site next to us!
I took a bike ride of about 9 km this morning. On the left, I-95 and it is always busy. On the right, it is always fun to watch people coming in with big rigs. Quite entertaining actually, some people should not drive those big rigs.
Michèle spent the afternoon shopping to her hearts content. For me, I am still catching up on our web pages.

This morning bike ride is about 14 km long.
Being in Deerfield Beach, you got to have a deer, water and sand.
This deer is located in front of a fire station.
I saw a Goodwill store on my ride and I offered to Michèle to take her there for some shopping.
Back at home, we head to the pool because the weather is warming up, but the water is on the cold side. They forgot to start the heating system for the pool!
Late afternoon, I left Michèle at the Salvation Army store and I went to Wallymart for some shopping.
Not a good idea to drive at 3:30 in the afternoon, the place is a zoo!
Shoot, I forgot to take photos on Wednesday. The worst part is that André, Gisèle, Rolland and Suzie came by after they were done with a day cruise in Fort Lauderdale. They stayed for dinner, we had a good pizza.
Thursday morning and we are off to Hollywood for a bicycle ride on the broadwalk.
We park at Keating Beach, it is at the north end of the broadwalk.
A part of the broadwalk is for pedestrian and the other part is for biking, roller blading, etc.
Lots of beautiful people on the broadwalk, but very few people on the beach.

Thursday night is bingo night at the RV park.
We only contributed to the winnings of others.
A gorgeous day, sunny and warm.

By 8:30 am, I am on the road for a bike ride. Most of my bike riding is done on the sidewalks. If I am lucky, I may get to ride on a bike path like this one for a little while.
A hot day with humidity in the 95 %.
Our blog just passed 20,000 hits today, WOW!
It took only 972 days to get there (or 2 year, 7 months and 27 days).
If you remember, to pas the 10,000 hits it took 587 days (or 1 year and 20 days).
More and more people are reading our blog, double WOW!
We are off to visit our cousin Marc-Henri at the Aztec RV park. André, Gisèle, Rolland and Suzie are with us for the visit.

Tomorrow, I am going to the NASCAR Daytona 500 race.
One of my wheel is not balanced right, so I stopped at this little tire place to get it fixed.
The rest of the day is spent relaxing.

Race day today.
Up shortly after 5 am, I am getting ready to go and pick up Rolland and André on my way to the race.
Darn! My wheels are worse they before. I have more the 3 hours to get to Daytona Beach and the wheels are just bouncing around. I will have to go back tomorrow and get that fixed.
I-95 is like all interstate, it is a boring drive. Being Sunday, very few trucks on the road and it is good. We are making good time at 75 M/h.
Lots of people are going to the race and just as we got to Daytona Beach, the I-95 is packed and very slow. After some detour, we make it to a giant parking lots. A shuttle takes us to the loading point. At the loading point, they must have 90 school bus going from the loading point to the race track. 15 minutes after we arrived, we are at the door of the race track complex.

The Daytona 500 is a 200 lap race and the race cars need to stop at the pit a few times during the race.
Back on the track, a small fender bender. A few cars did not make it back to the race.
Putting some absorbing stuff and using small jet engine to blow it off the track.
Back to racing.
Even without the front fenders and hood, this driver is back on the race.

Four laps before the end of the race.
And the race is over.
A very good race. I really enjoyed the race.
The race was impressive and the logistic in place to move more than 140,000 fans in a short time was impressive.
In a little over an hour, we were back in the car and driving home, 3 hours away.
During that time, Michèle spent the day at the pool and reading. She even got a nice sunset.
I am back at home by 11:30 pm. What a day!
Rolland and Suzie are with us for two nights.
We have a lot of catching up to do.

We did a little shopping in the morning. Rolland and me are going for a short bike ride.
Bad luck for Rolland, his bike (Michèle bike) has a flat tire. We fix that with some goo in the tire and re-inflate the tire, good to go!
A hot and muggy day, we spend some time in the pool.
We introduce Suzie and Rolland to the game of shuffleboard. They really like it.
Back at the motorhome, we do a little computer stuff.
Another great day.
Sad, but Rolland and Suzie are leaving us to get back home in Québec. Sniff Sniff!
It was a lot of fun to have Rolland and Suzie with us for two nights. Always too short!

I am cooking breakfast sausages. I will be freezing them for later use.

Race day today.
