I am back at the MH. Remember, an RV is not just a Recreational Vehicle. It is also a Repair Vehicle.
Once or twice a year, I climb on the roof to check the sealant around the rooftop.
The last time I washed the roof, I noticed a few places where the sealant was cracked.

It is an ongoing maintenance an RV. I have doubts about the condition of the sealant. I repair or replace it right away.

Once done, I recheck the numbers on the house batteries to order new ones soon.
I will have to change them in a little while. They are 8 years old, after all.

Look at this happy girl.

Darn, we had Patricia and Andrew over for supper. Once again, I forgot to take a photo of us.
As usual, we had a lot of fun with them.

The bay is almost free of ice. All we need is a day with high winds and the ice will be gone until next winter.

Michele is working on a new crochet project. I am not sure what it is.

Jannie and Jan will be arriving Saturday.
Patricia and Andrew move stuff around to make room for Jannie and Jan's MH and trailer.
Michele is moving our MH out of the garage where it spent the winter.
Thank you, Jannie and Jan for letting us use your garage this winter.

No, she is not going away.

This is where the MH will be for a few weeks until the ground is dry enough at the campground.
Patricia is spreading the ice to make it melt faster.

Michele swept the floor so everything looks nice and clean when they arrive.

It is a beautiful day with a high of +15° C. The snow is melting very fast, whitespace when the nighttime temperatures are above freezing.

Friday, March 18, 2022.

We went back to The Brick to double-check with possible recliners and decided not to change from the one we ordered.

Michele is still working on her project.

A beautiful photo of our youngest son, Benoit.

It was a quiet Friday.

Saturday, March 19, 2022.

A weird day, A little sun, then cooling off and light rain and fog rolling in.

More photos from Saskatchewan.
Just look at that face?

Natasha with her first ponytail on her head.

Sunday, March 20, 2022.

And some more photos from Saskatchewan.

This is the first time Natasha uses her peddle-less bike. A short while later, she was much better at it.

It must be hard to use a peddle-less bike, but dad is tired!

The Moose Jaw hockey team had an appreciation night for the Snowbirds.

Presenting Michele's projects.
A handbag with Baby Shark on it. And another handbag with a cat on it.

I am back to work this morning. I am helping Jan and Patricia to take down the fence around the old pool.

It did not take long to take it down since we did not need to take it all down.

The fencing will be reinstalled after the new pool is in place.

The next step is breaking the concrete around the pool.

Jan is enjoying himself.

In a few days, a big excavator will be here to tear down the old pool and the concrete to make room for the new pool.

Tuesday, March 22, 2022.

Another day without a photo. But we did go for a few drinks with Jannie and Jan. It was lots of fun like always.

Wednesday, March 23, 2022.

It is time to pack and return all the empty cans and bottles for a refund.

I won't tell you how much money I got back for my empties. You might judge me!

Thursday, March 24, 2022.

Time for the old pool to leave. That is a big excavator.

The owner/operator is Mr. Dibbits. He is a young 85 years old man. He is having fun.

Jan had to go into the hole to break more concrete before the big excavator could continue.

The work is progressing rapidly.

Mr. Dibbits is very good with the excavator.

Jan gives indications on how deep the hole needs to be for the new pool.

The excavator's work is done. It is time to get the water out of the hole.

Jan is pleased with the work and how fast the work was done.

No photos for today!

Saturday, March 26, 2022.

Michele is preparing a big breakfast for us.

And it is an excellent breakfast. She should do it more often.

We skyped with Jeremy and Natasha. Kristin was gone for something about her wedding dress.

We are shopping for a different cell phone plan. Here is the one we liked.
Jeremy will try to get it done as we are under his family plan.

We changed all the labels on our spice bottles.

Sunday, March 27, 2022.

Since we are next to the pool, I am the one responsible for looking after the water pump in the hole.

Last summer, Natasha was too little for a sleepover in the MH.
This year she should be good.
We bought an inflatable bed for her.

We sure hope she will be good to sleep in the MH.

We are on our way to Montreal. We will be visiting Benoit for one night and bringing him back with us to Trenton for a few days.
The roads are good, just a few snowflakes here and there.

Of course, once in Montreal, accidents happen. We were delayed for 30 minutes.

We gave one of our "Rapid Test Devices" to Benoit. He does one right away. The result is negative.

Tuesday, March 29, 2022.

Benoit is back in Trenton for a few days.
Here they are hanging Benoit's blinds to dry.

Wednesday, March 30, 2022.

After a few days of cooler weather, it is warming up today. I put the pump back in the hole to continue to empty it.

We are at Jannie and Jan's place for supper tonight
Here is Jannie's kingdom.

An evening at Jannie and Jan's place without playing Sjoelbak is not happening. Benoit liked the game. Sorry for the quality of the photos.

Like always, we had a great meal and a great evening with our friends. Benoit was happy to finally meet them and so were they.

Thursday, March 31, 2022.

We left our place mid-morning to go back to Montreal.

We will not be staying at Benoit's place this time. He has had a back/neck ache for almost a week now. When we are at his place, he sleeps on the couch. It does not help his back. So we decided to not stay this time around.
A photo of the road on our way back from Montreal.

Once again, it was super nice to have Benoit with us for a few days.

Until next time.

Life is good...
