Friday, July 1, 2022.

The sleepover went well.
Breakfast in the MH.

Happy Birthday Canada.

We are on our way to the outdoor ring to participate in the Canada Day Parade on base.

The young lady explained to Natasha that the mascot is OK because it is her father inside. He is a good guy. It is so funny.

The bikes are decorated and ready to go.

Lots of kids showed up to participate in the parade.

Ahhhh.

Natasha decided to walk.

Everybody follows the military police car.

Natasha was very hungry after the long walk in the parade.

John and Audrey dropped by for a visit in the afternoon.

Gabriel does not like it when I bother him, but when I don't, he bugs me...

Saturday, July 2, 2022.

Jeremy is doing the wiring for the trailer.

This is the spare tire for the Audi. It is stored deflated!

We are heading to the water park.

Even grand-maman played in the water.

Ah, grand-maman's snack.

We tease them a lot and they like it.

The routine before bedtime is to feed the fish.

Sunday, July 3,2022.

Every now and then I will place a photo of the wedding as I get them from friends.

I bought some "Eternabond" tape to do the seam of the whole roof.
It is more expensive than sealant but much better.

I am very happy with the results.

We spy on grand-maman and Natasha. They are eating some Mr. Freeze.

I almost forgot Jeremy and Gabriel went carp fishing this morning.

Jeremy getting his promotion to Sargent. Bravo Jeremy, we are very proud of you.

It is just an ordinary day.

Natasha likes it when I help her with her food...

Monday, July 4, 2022

We have a busy day ahead of us.

We start with a coffee at John and Audrey.

Next, we wanted to take Gabriel to a sushi restaurant. The one that was recommended is closed.
We do not have time to go to another one before the movie starts. Since we are next to a mall, we checked the food court. Sure enough, there is a sushi place.
Gabriel is very happy.

We are at the Kramer IMAX theatre in Regina.
We chose the movie Back from the brink, saved from extinction.

We enjoyed the movie.

It is time for some crazy photos.

Gabriel is not too sure.

He finds me a little too crazy.

Really crazy.

We had a good day.

Tuesday and Wednesday, July 5 and 6, 2022.

Tuesday, Natasha did a sleepover in the MH.

Another surprise! Crystal Glass is back, but for how long?
Not very long, he still doesn't have the right product to remove the mess they did.

Thursday, July 7, 2022.

In an RV, you always have something to fix.
The house batteries are supposed to change when the engine is running. It is not happening.
I am back under the stairs.

This is the box that controls the charging. It is not doing its job.

It controls where the 12 volts go at what time and until when.

I troubleshot the box. It seems the solenoid is bad.

I can not find a solenoid to replace it.
The cost of a new control box is only $730.00 U.S!!!
I will have to think of a way to fix it for cheaper. If I can.

Chilling mode before bedtime.

Friday, July 8, 2022.

Yesterday, we stopped at the Moose Jaw Public Health office to get our second COVID booster shot.
We have to book an appointment through the province booking system.
Our appointments are at 9:40 this morning.

In no time at all, we are vaccinated and out the door.

Back home, I took the MH to the dumping station to empty the gray and black water tanks.
I also got the propane tank filled.

By late afternoon, we head to the splash park with Gabriel and Joshua.

When we arrived, they had blocked off the water returns. It was filling up.

The water was overflowing down the sidewalk.

The kids even used clothes and towels to direct the water where they wanted.

It was a good day again.

Saturday, July 9, 2022.

Jeremy, Gabriel and Joshua are carp fishing this morning.
It is hot outside. We spent the morning on the front porch.

It was nice.

Natasha is very good at watering the flowers.

The flowers all bloomed at the same time. They are nice.

Natasha is very hungry today.

Moose Jaw has a sidewalk sale going on today. Michele and I went to check it out.
It was so hot on the street.

The kids are having fun.

The adults don't move as much.

Sunday, July 10, 2022.

Gabriel is a very messy eater, especially with Nutella.

Another front porch morning. We are making bubbles.

We found a bird's nest in the tree. We can see the nest and the birds.

We are telling each other stories.

Monday, July 11, 2022

Jeremy and Kristin are on their way to Comox. They will come back Friday evening.

Natasha is at the daycare. Gabriel is at a Ninja Camp in town.
Michele and I are alone until late afternoon.

We used this time to complete some of the little maintenance tasks on the MH we did not do because it was too hot outside.
By the way, the forecast is for 30° C or more all week.

Before it gets too hot, I tackle the oil change on the MH and the generator.

Michele cleans the tracks where some of the windows slide in. Sand and dust accumulate in the tracks over time.
This makes them hard to open and close.

Before supper, we picked up Natasha first and Gabriel second.
Those two sure love each other.

Two very tired kids.

After supper, we decided to go to the park for a while. But first, a good look at the flowers.
Gabriel's friends are at the park too. Nicole is there, so are her kids.
They have fun drawing their body's shapes.

Gabriel is very tired because the Ninja camp is all about obstacle courses.

Did I say tired?

It was a good day.

Tuesday, July 12, 2022.

Jeremy and Kristin are very busy in Comox. Jeremy is taking her all over the place.
Kristin is a born and raised Saskatchewan girl. She did travel, but now she is moving to a place with mountains and sea next to their home.
