Not much for today.
Michele is not feeling very good, her sciatic nerve is acting up again.
We still take time to stop and shop at Camping World.
At Camping World, we purchased a folding rocking chair.
We also purchased a rod and adapter to reach the ceiling vent, open or
close it if it is too high to reach.
We spend the rest of the day reading and taking walk in the RV Park.

After measuring the bottom of the MH, for a good place for sewer hose
storage pipe, I go back to Camping World and purchased the storage pipe!
Normally, I have to store the sewer hose in the same compartment as the
fresh water connection!?!?!?
The shinny black pipe/tube you see in the photo is the new sewer hose
storage pipe installed.
How it is installed!
The storage pipe is not too obvious, yet easy to reach.
Tonight is shrimp night and we are going to the "Shrimp Basket".
The RV Park gave us some coupons for a free stuff from the Shrimp
Basket.
#1 is "Étouffe" and #2 is "Gumbo".
Tonight at the Shrimp Basket the steam shrimps are "all you can eat".
We ate two more plates and they were only shrimps... Hummmmmmm!
Today I placed an order at Amazon. com.
I ordered two vent covers, 4 water filters for the fresh water coming
to the MH, one water filter for the fridge and two wipers
supports
for the MH.

There is some bad weather coming our way! When the wind
blows hard the slide awning flap in the wind. They are tight, I
got them checked!
I went to a "Beach" store and purchased two inflatable beach balls to
place under the awning.
The beach ball is inflated only enough to put some tension in the
center of the awning and stop/reduce the wind noise.
We are under a tornado watch!
The wind is blowing at about 20 km/h. It creates a small storm
surge.
The heavy rain finally comes, but not as heavy as expected and the
tornado watch is over.
Today I received the wiper supports for the MH.
Can you see them? They are orange.
A closer look. The supports keep the wiper from touching the
windshield and drying out with tension on them.
Also, it keeps them from sticking to the windshield when you are parked
for
a few months.
I cooked a turkey today and when I de-boned it, I did a lot of "slash"
on the back mirror!
Can you see all the spot on the mirror?
Today was a weird day!
Thursday November 19, 2015
Today we received more of the stuff from Amazon.com.
The two vent covers.
Before the installation, I remove the vent cover already installed to
do some cleaning. Why not the two other vents get a cleaning too
before getting their covers.
The two new vent covers are the types that I can get open easily open
to clean.
The end result! Now we can open the vents even when it rains.
When I say we are very close to the main highway, we are VERY close to
the highway...
Another good day!

We are on our way to the beach!
There is always a kind of bridge to make it over the sand dunes. The
bridge protects the sand dunes and the vegetation on it.
We start our little hike on the beach.
Looking east and looking west.
The tide is coming up and as we walk along the beach, we are moving
closer to the sand dunes.
Kind of hard to read. Navarre Beach 2015.
We had a nice walk on the beach. On our way back we stopped at
one of the beach stores.
We love this sign!
After our walk on the beach, we did some reading and some walk in the
RV Park.

A cloudy sky with a promise of 30% chance of rain!
Off we go to the local flea market.
What can we say!
This is a very small flea market.
They really know us...
Driving back, we stopped at a few yard sales.
Talk about a red/orange dirt road! We love the mail box.
I got time to fix the silicone around the kitchen sink.
Time to start.
When Forest river built the MH, they did not put silicone all around
the
kitchen sink.
I have to remove the sink and clean where they did put silicone.
I then put the kitchen sink back in place with a good bead of silicone
all around. It was not an easy job because there is not much room
under the kitchen sink.
Early evening I went out for a walk in the RV Park. I took some
photos of and from the dock.
The weather forecast for tomorrow is 14°C, brrrrr!
Sunday November 22, 2015
It is on the very cool side this morning.
The temperature dropped down to +10°C last night.
Michele and I are out looking for some caches this afternoon.
This is an easy one!
As the sun is going down it shines its light on top of this tree.
It seems like the tree is glowing!
Here, I am coming back from finding a cache.
We found 5 caches today.
The weather forecast for tonight?
Close to +0°C for tonight. Brrrr!!!!!!!!!!
The warmer weather should be back in a few days.
Monday November 23, 2015
This morning I am out again looking for more caches. I found 3!
I even saw a deer.
With "Black Friday" arriving fast, many stores already
have good deals in store.
One of these deals is a $40 phone for only $5, really, $5.00.
We stop at the store to check out the phone and make sure it is a
decent phone.
We bought one and I will use it like and I-Pod.
I play around with the phone, it is not a $300 phone, but this phone
will do the job until Jeremy gives me his old phone.
We have made our reservation at the next RV Park for December. It
is the "Hillcrest
RV Resort".
During the evening, we skyped with Manon and Patrice and talked about
when they will travel to Florida to meet us with their 5th wheel.
Tuesday November 24, 2015
Michele is with me this morning for some geocaching.
We found 11 and 3 we did not find.
This one was hard to get to because of all the thorn bushes.
Tuesday is the "all you can eat" steamed shrimps and we decide to go
back for more!
This time we are at the Shrimp Basket for lunch and we even have a $5
gift card!
It is soo good!
After such a good meal, we stopped by the post office to mail a few
letters to our two boys.
We also went back to the store Family Dollars to get a $5 phone for
Manon.
The weather is warming up and tomorrow the temperature should be +21°C
and
+17°C for the night.
Wednesday November 25, 2015
For the first time, this morning we did water aerobics in the
pool. We really enjoyed it.
Michele plays poker in the afternoon.
Me? I stay home and continue reading the very good book.
I am reading this book very quickly, this is how much I loved it.
Darn! My hives are back from being in the pool!!!
Thursday November 26, 2015
It is Thanks Giving Day for our American friends.
The RV Park supplies 3 turkeys and the rest of the meal is pot-luck.
We are about 50 peoples for the meal. It is always a great meal.
As usual, we know nobody at the table, but in no time, we are friends
with the whole table.
I love the clock...
After our Thanks Giving meal, I get back to my book.
Another great day!
Friday November 27, 2015
Once again, I am out caching.
I found 5 on 5 caches. When I got, back I have an e-mail waiting
for me from a "cache owner" telling me he was happy someone found his
cache finally.
I finished the book "The Martian" and I am now into another book.
For the second time we are back in the pool doing water aerobics.
After lunch, I am out biking and going to Navarre Beach.
You saw this bridge from a distance many times. Now you can it up
close.
A view from the top of the bridge and the arrow points to our RV Park.
Navarre Beach has a very nice bike path.
It is +23°C with a humidity of 90%. It is warm!
Saturday November 28, 2015
We are back at the flea market this morning for a few hours, no, 45
minutes including the lunch.
On our way back, we look for a few caches.
We cannot find this one!
That is one weird looking tree!
An easy Saturday, I went out biking again for about 9 km and did some
reading.
Sunday November 29, 2015
I made myself a good lunch with my Cuban bread.
After lunch, we took the car and the two bikes and drove to Navarre
Beach
for a bike ride. The bridge is very narrow for the bike.
Back on this nice bike path.
We have seen round houses before, but I do not remember one on stilts.
A view of the path...
Every now and then, you get to see a "different" kind of mailbox!
Michele is watching the Grey Cup
on TV. The two teams are the "RedBlacks" from Ottawa playing the
"Eskimos" of Edmonton.
We ate chicken wings and chips while watching the game.
The Eskimos" won the Grey Cup" by a score of 26 - 20. It was a
good game!
Monday November 30, 2015
We went back for our exercises in the pool.
Last Saturday, I called our travel insurance provider about going to
see a doctor about my hives.
I know everything I need to know to see a doctor in the US now.
I am going to wait until tomorrow to make sure my "problem" is easier
so see for the doctor. Sometimes, this is what you need to do for
them to really see what the problem is.
